- 1974 - Transport Canada (Ottawa Headquarters) – Chief, Maintenance and Operations Division. Promoted to Director - General, Telecommunications and Electronics – Air. Later transferred back to Winnipeg.
- 1985 - Transport Canada (Winnipeg, Manitoba) - Retired as Administrator, Central Region.
Amateur Radio History
- 1958 - Call sign VE3MB in Ottawa. Rig then was 20W exciter, home-brew 4-250 amplifier and NC-300 Receiver.
