- David was one of the early radar recruits. He had a long career in the Royal Canadian Air Force and retired with the rank of Group Captain.

- He was first licensed as VE3IX in 1931.
Additional Information
David joined QCWA and was a member of Chapter 70.
He was presented with his “50 Year Licensed” Golden Certificate and lapel pin at the July 1981 dinner meeting.
David passed away on October 26, 1985.
